Domestic India Shipping

We ship across all 28 states and union territories in India. Orders are handcrafted in small batches and dispatched within 24 to 36 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Standard Delivery: ₹49 across all 28 states and union territories in India via BlueDart Express (2 to 4 business days).
  • Non-Metro Locations: 3 to 5 business days via BlueDart Express or Delhivery Surface.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for pin codes covered by our logistics partners.

7-Day Replacement Guarantee

Due to the unadulterated nature of our cold-pressed herbal formulations, opened or used bottles cannot be accepted back for hygiene and Ayurvedic integrity reasons.

However, if your order arrives broken, leaking, or damaged in transit, we offer an immediate, hassle-free replacement:

  1. Take a clear photograph of the damaged package and bottle.
  2. Send the photo along with your Order ID via WhatsApp to +91 91567 91336 or email care@ecoveda.in within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Our team will dispatch a brand-new bottle within 24 hours at zero additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are handed over to the courier partner (usually within 12 hours of placement). Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
